I manage content, including video, editorial, paid and organic social media, and influencer strategy for Arculus, a cutting-edge cold storage solution to safeguard your cryptocurrency. We're leaders in crypto security. As part of a small marketing team, we have our hands in everything and all contribute to marketing efforts across the organization. My areas of focus and responsibility include: * Manage content strategy for Arculus video and social media platforms, including long-form content for Arculus blog. *Create and implement organic social media Strategy, building a new brand across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord and Reddit. * Hire and manage a social media team as we expand the Arculus community.* Manage customer service relationships and build community on social media platforms. * Engage current and future customers to be part of the Arculus community and build the Arculus brand. * Leverage paid social media to drive sales and brand awareness. * Manage Influencer strategy and partner with influencers and agencies to raise awareness of Arculus and of the need for cryptocurrency security.* Manage agency relationships and coordinate marketing efforts across channels to build a content ecosystem for the Arculus and crypto communities.
