To receive the 6.5% return, your assets must remain locked for 24 hours. If you withdraw before 24 hours, the return will be 3.5%, with a minimum staking period of 12 hours to be eligible for the return. If you withdraw before 12 hours, there will be a penalty of 3% of the deposited amount. There are no fees for deposits or withdrawals.
