- Report all key metrics for the Sourcing organization- Collect, organize and analyze internal and external data, for benchmarking purposes or ad-hoc analysis- Collaborate with Global & Regional Sourcing and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Planning, Legal, etc.) to resolve process and or system issues- Manage Program Management Office (PMO) to support the company turnaround efforts- Interact with Regional Sourcing COE teams to enable knowledge sharing and to implement Global COE objectives- Perform commodity analyses and work with Sourcing and Financial on annual plan- Provide user support and training of systems and processes to deliver best-in-class sourcing practices- Develop presentations on Sourcing activity to be given to senior leadership- Support the testing and implementation for system enhancements and new technology implementations- Lead the data enrichment process for spend visibility- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements- Creation and utilization of Sharepoint sites- Creation and maintenance of Global Sourcing intranet site- Maintenance of key documents (e.g. organizational charts, training guides, presentations)- Report all key metrics for the Sourcing organization- Collect, organize and analyze internal and external data, for benchmarking purposes or ad-hoc analysis- Collaborate with Global & Regional Sourcing and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Planning, Legal, etc.) to resolve process and or system issues
