• Proactively develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for softwareapplications, firmware, and system-level testing for multiple products both already liveand in development, and manage risks, anticipate potential issues, and implementappropriate mitigations • Analyze and review software and firmware requirements to design and develop testcases that ensure functionality, usability, and performance of the system. • Identify and report software defects, issues and risks to stakeholders and work closelywith development teams to address them in a timely manner. • Lead team of QA Testers and QA Leads to ensure test plans are created and executedagainst to support product development. • Assess and select tools to support software testing in partnership with IT and otherdevelopment functions.• Build strong knowledge of product design and customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software developers,product managers, and quality compliance and assurance teams to ensure softwaretesting is integrated in all phases of the product development process and successfuldelivery of high-quality products. • Motivate team members to execute priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives and assignments andprovide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans. • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic andglobal quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to theregulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, andprocedures.
