The School District of Palm Beach County is the tenth-largest school district in the nation and the fifth-largest in the state of Florida with 180 schools, serving more than 170,000 students. As the largest employer in Palm Beach County, the school district has more than 23,000 employees, including more than 13,000 teachers.
