Kyle Gluskin is the Investor Relations Manager at Blockchain Capital, a position held since November 2021. With over a decade of experience in operations, business development, sales, and fundraising, Kyle supports all aspects of the firm's capital raising efforts and client engagement. Prior to Blockchain Capital, Kyle led Investor Relations at early-stage venture studios including Operate (Aug 2020 - Nov 2021), where she worked closely with portfolio founders and Limited Partners to drive strategic partnerships and raise capital. Kyle has successfully raised $10 million in seed funding and managed one exit process. She also held director positions at ChatterWorks, Grin Gaming, and BLOK SPORTS (2020-2021). Earlier career experience includes roles at BirchStreet Systems (Business Development Manager, Nov 2019 - Mar 2020), Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach (Account Director, 2018-2019), and The Resort at Pelican Hill. Kyle earned her B.S. in Sociology from Arizona State University.
