Responsible for all Accounts payable and receivable transactions and reconciliations. Also payroll reconciliations, journals and statutory and supplier payments. Transactions are posted using Xero accounting software. Additionally my role involves preparation of monthly board report and managing calculation of quarterly royalty reports. I also manage HR for new and current employees. I also assist the Company with their Grant Claims.
