Sets SLA to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget, communicates with different teams and management on project progress and dependency, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders. f)Owns implementation of Odoo ERP system for end-to-end Material management, well versed in supply chain management. g)Developing and leading the team on new methodologies to drive them towards deliverables. h)Conducting portal level training's for customer’s top management such as President, Vice President, MD, etc. i)Handles execution, process structuring, field operations and key accounts management of fintech projects in three states. j)Manages direct digital payments to 5000+ dairy farmers every month in three states thereby building a digital income history forthem through Stellapps full-stack IoT.
