Working in a full desk capacity and managing accounts. My day-to-day ranges from meeting with my recruiting teams, client management teams, making informed recruiting decisions and helping recruiters with an aligned sourcing strategy in helping to identify top talent. • Helped build various internal organizations in AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Mulesoft, DevOps, backend engineering (Java to .Net), Security Engineering, Network Engineering, Mobile, SATCOM, Linux Admin, UI/UX as well as Director Level positions. • Defined and managed candidate closing processes, discovering drivers, needs and goals • Designed, developed, and managed resume and candidate review sessions with both recruitment team and clients. • Leveraging a variety of search tools that included internal ATSs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder Indeed and many more • Implementing specific goals and KPI’s for recruiters on my team to maximize candidate connections, interviews, and eventual percentages of placements. • Developing strong, defined relationships with internal client management teams to forecast future needs, implement Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreements (MSA) and verticals aligned to specific recruitment teams
