This includes mentoring, assessment and overseeing â Community Manager administration tasks.â Ensures ongoing training and development for Community Managers and Community Coordinatorsâ Active participation in the recruitment of Community Managers and Community Coordinatorsâ Act as a âCritical Friendâ to Community Managers
