We’re all hearing cryptocurrency, blockchain, bitcoin in the news more and more. How its helping folks in Ukraine, how its using more power than a small country, that it’s now legal tender in El Salvador, how people have made millions, how fans can own a piece of their football clubs, gamers now enjoying playing to earn games, and governments developing their own cryptocurrencies. With over 10,000 tokens out there, it’s an exciting and confusing space, and it’s developing day by day at a head-spinning pace. We believe that to explore how this technology might help them in their personal and business lives, people and organisations need enough knowledge to ask the right questions. This is CryptoKitchen’s mission. We will achieve this through social events, corporate advisory, developing our training academy where people develop coding skills, spinning out startups that apply both current and this new technology as effective solutions, and most importantly, by building a community to share knowledge and experience. To start the journey, to understand what this technology is and what it can and can’t do, we need to understand blockchains, and to understand blockchains we need to start with the original blockchain, Bitcoin, and to understand Bitcoin, we need to understand the problem it was designed to fix, and that's money.
